Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at 718-372-0300 to initiate your return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
