30-Day Return Policy 

At Premium Supply USA we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will offer a hassle-free 30-day return or exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at 718-372-0300 to initiate your return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RA number.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
